PostHeaderIcon Some of The Best Theme Park Rides (Part 1)

There are many, many rides that put you in the seat of a car, here are just some of the cool ones. So if you are thinking about experiencing some of these rides which ones should you ride and which ones should you most certainly avoid?

The Simpsons Ride

This ride was opened in late 2007 and is of course based on the television show with the same name. The ride seems like it is going to be a simulation of a tame rollercoaster until Bob turns up and tries to kill everyone in revenge to what is always happening to him. The ride itself is very similar to the past Back To The Future ride that could be found here but has added 3D effects.

Test Track

This one is a favourite of mine because it is based around the reality of a car rather than just put there because a car was needed. This ride will take the rider through the testing procedures that every car must go through before it is even made. Riders will go through hot and cold climates, ride over bumpy surfaces and even crash into a wall before hitting speeds that Disney to not usually go up to.

Bumper Cars

It is certainly true to say that this attraction is the most classic of the three on this side of the list as everyone loves to ride these. The great thing about this ride is that you get to smash into people you do not even know and not even get in trouble for it.

If you are thinking about getting a car yourself, then car leasing and van leasing could be the way to go. For a specific manufacturer look out for BMW Car Lease, just remember to go out and about to look for the best deals available as you do not want to get a car to go on and find out you have seriously been ripped off.

Traveling to the great Southwest on a food tour? You don’t have to look for a travel agency to tell you what to see and which food establishments to visit. In fact, if we already know the best places to eat, and if you already know where you want to stay, all you need to do is get in your car and do your visiting yourself! There are many places to visit in the Southwest, and going on a culinary tour will allow you to enjoy the cuisine while skipping from destination to destination.

If you love the big cities, then go on a city tour while on your food tour of the Southwest. You can check out the stars in Hollywood and simply go shopping on the luxury streets of Sacramento. You just can’t beat California vacations.   While you are in California, you can go to the local amusement parks, Disneyland and Universal Studios, and have a lot of fun, especially if you are bringing family with you. You can also see the sights in Fort Worth and San Antonio, where a whole lot of heritage can make your food vacation all the more exciting. If you’re going on a romantic getaway, try Las Vegas or Reno for some gambling fun.

Food tours don’t just happen in the big cities: the Southwestern US has a picturesque countryside that has a whole lot of beauty, not to mention diversity. You can walk through the Napa valley of California, with its rolling hills and rich vineyards. You can go through the canyons and mesas of Colorado and Arizona, trek through the rocks and go whitewater rafting on the wild rivers. You can hike the mountains of New Mexico and discover the culture of the American Indians. You can vacation by the countryside of Oklahoma, and travel the roads of the Southwest as if every day were a lazy Sunday afternoon.

If you are planning a food trip to the Southwest, be sure to check all details so that you can go through your tour smoothly. First, if you are sensitive to spicy foods, you may need to ask your tour operator if they are offering non-spicy alternatives that you can still try while on the food tour. Second, ask about lodgings and payment and what amenities are included in your travel package. Third, ask about the weather: although the Southwest is relatively temperate, temperatures can soar up at different seasons of the year.

There are numerous breath taking national parks in the US Southwest. You can visit the Grand Canyon in Arizona, or even walk under a forest of redwoods in their nationally protected region of Sequoias in California. You can travel to old army forts in Texas, or go through pueblos in New Mexico. There are many places that you can visit, and many places that you can dine at. In fact, if you desire to leave with more knowledge about the cuisine, you can attand any of several culinary schools in the region, which also offer short courses that include trips through mountains and tours through the surrounding cities!

These are but a few destinations that you might want to experience when you go on a food vacation through the American Southwest. For more information, talk to your tour guide or to a local travel agent about what other choices are available to you. With a lot of research on your part, you can certainly enjoy your culinary tour through this historic section of the United States.
