We have booked a 7-day overseas trip on Priceline. Is there any way that our travel insurance would cover the cost of our trip if we decided to cancel?

I sent a small package (8×8x8in. 16oz.) on Halloween, which was a Wednesday. The estimated arrival time for arrival was 2-3 business days, and I don’t know a)how long a business day is, and b)how long 2-3 business days would take if i sent it on that specific day, and holiday.
What day should I expect the package to reach its destination?

I ordered a Penn State sweatshirt from modells website on 12/14/2008 and the package came today.Unfortunately , the package is torn and my sweatshirt is stolen . I was absolutely stunned . First of all , why would Modells put a 50 dollar worthy sweatshirt in a bag? Why would UPS just leave the package right infront of my door?
